Our well-equipped gym has all the necessary facilities –  cardio machines, weight stack machines, dumbbells and barbells – to help you achieve your fitness goals. Call in to be shown around. Once you sign up for a membership of your preference, you can arrange an induction session with our gym instructors free of charge. Moreover, we can help you create a personalised exercise plan and support you every step of the way. Last but not least, we have dedicated male and female only gym sessions.
