Welcome to café@elswick – Now Open!

We’re thrilled to share that café@elswick is open again and thriving – proudly run by our fantastic team members Toby and Liz, alongside our amazing volunteer David, who bakes fresh homemade goods every week!

Come and enjoy delicious, freshly made treats such as quiches, sausage rolls, brownies, cheesecakes, soups, and much more – with something new on the menu every week. You’ll also find a range of healthier options that support our vision as a community leisure centre, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sandwiches, toasties, pizza slices, hot dogs, wedges, samosas, falafel, kids’ snack boxes, cakes, and scones.
Everything is oven cooked rather than deep fried, making our hot food options a healthier choice without compromising on taste!

It’s important to note that café@elswick isn’t an external company – it’s a proud part of Elswick Community Pool and Gym. The café is run by our team as an extension of what we do here, offering a welcoming space for everyone in the community – whether you’re here for a swim, a workout, or just to enjoy a coffee and a chat.

Every penny spent at café@elswick goes directly towards supporting Elswick Community Pool and Gym, helping us to keep both the café and the centre open for our amazing community.
