Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any joining or cancellation fees?
If you decide to sign up on direct debit, there will be no joining fee, and you are still free to cancel your membership at any time, with a month’s notice provided. If you would like to pay for only one month, an extra £5 admin fee will be added to the membership price.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do! We offer a concession discount on memberships and classes, applicable to students and individuals aged 60 and above. You can find more information on our sign-up page.
Are lockers, showers and towels available?
Lockers are available under the purchase of a £0.25 token, showers are available free of charge, and towels can be purchased from reception.
Is the gym suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. You also get a free induction included in your membership to help you get started.

Sunday 8am to 3pm
Our car park is accessed from Beech Grove Road. It does get busy at times but there’s ‘on street’ parking just a short walk away on Westmoreland Road and there’s a car park near the shops on Elswick Road.
